Enquiry form drafts: if you switch the website language while filling in the enquiry form, the form keeps a copy of what you have typed in your browser's session storage, so you can continue in the other language. The draft stays in your browser; it is not sent to us and is not an enquiry. The next time a page with the enquiry form opens in the same tab, the draft is removed from storage, and it is filled back in only if it is less than 30 minutes old and you have not already started typing. It is also removed after you send an enquiry. Browsers normally clear session storage when the tab is closed, although some may keep it if a closed tab or session is restored.
