For most projects we recommend a cross-platform build, so iOS and Android share one codebase. If a feature needs deeper access to the phone, we discuss native options while scoping.

Do you handle the App Store submission?

Yes. We prepare and submit the app to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Each store reviews apps on its own schedule, and some requirements depend on your developer account.
